We sell digital files (DOCX templates, PDF guides) for professional development purposes. Products are delivered electronically via time-limited download links immediately after purchase.
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased files for your personal professional development. This license is for a single named individual unless you purchase a group license.

All files are digitally fingerprinted and watermarked to the purchaser at the time of delivery. Each copy contains invisible tracking markers unique to your transaction. Unauthorized distribution will be traced to your purchase and may result in legal action.
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the stated price. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. You receive all files immediately upon purchase — there is nothing to "return." We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits.

All content, frameworks, methodologies, pattern libraries, guardrail taxonomies, metric definitions, and orchestration models are the proprietary intellectual property of Certified, LLC, protected under U.S. copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.) and the Defend Trade Secrets Act (18 U.S.C. § 1836). These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Charleston County, South Carolina. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection based on forum non conveniens.
